Hello and welcome, today I'm going to show you how to setup your own Teamspeak 3 Server. I would recommend using the SARP one, though if you just want to chill with friends in your own, you can use this tutorial.
You're probably asking yourself, why should I do this, when I can buy a 3 dollar one on a hoster. Well let me ask you, how many slots is it? 10. With this one, I tried and got about 30-40 people and nothing happened.
Step 1 - Items Required
1x VPS - CentOS
Step 2 - VPS
So you probably are wondering where to purchase a VPS, I would recommend purchasing one off BlueVM. There are cheaper websites, though I like their customer service. I would recomend purchasing the $2.50 one. I use the 512MB (5 dollars) and it works great. Though if you're not going to have a lot of people in your server, I would recommend the $2.50 one.
Step 3 - VPS
So hopefully you have the VPS, you will need the IP, which you get in your control panel. If you buy from BlueVM follow the instructions e-mailed to you.
Once you get your IP, navigate to - http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html and download the one that suits you.
Once you have it, run the program.

Now you will see that - type your IP in the Host Name.
Now this should pop up - http://gyazo.com/4897933bb94d7e7f84497c96aedf9fda.png
Okay follow these instructions very carefully.
Username - root
IMPORTANT - WHEN IT ASKS YOU FOR YOUR PASSWORD, YOU WILL BE TYPING IT IN, BUT NOTHING WILL BE SHOWING. DON'T WORRY IT IS TYPING IT IN.
Password - Whatever you chose on the website, you can change it on your website control panel.
Okay once you logged in type this in -
wget http://ftp.4players.de/pub/hosted/ts3/releases/3.0.7.1/teamspeak3-server_linux-amd64-3.0.7.1.tar.gz
That's basically the link to the Linux Teamspeak Download, go to it if you want to check it out.
After you type that in, this should happen.
TIP - RIGHT CLICK TO CONTROL + PASTE IN PUTTY.

After that, you would want to type in -
tar xvf teamspeak3-server_linux-amd64-3.0.7.1.tar.gz
This is how it should look like -

Next, you would want to remove the file. So copy and paste this into the Putty. [REMEMBER RIGHT CLICK INSIDE THE PUTTY TO PASTE IT]
rm teamspeak3-server_linux-amd64-3.0.7.1.tar.gz
Now it's asking you, if you should remove it. Type:
Y
Y means Yes.
Should look like this -

Good job, you did the hard parts! Now we're getting closer to the end.
Now we need to enter the directory of the Teamspeak.
Type -
cd teamspeak3-server_linux-amd64
Then, finally you would want to type in -
./ts3server_startscript.sh start
This is how it should look like -
