Official SARP Radio Stations

I noticed that when you use the car radio or a boombox, you get the option to turn on an "official SARP radio station". I've tried asking a few times but no avail, I'm wondering how you would obtain one of these?

No doubt you have to pay cash for one - if so then how much?

I have no idea and I'm not really sure of anyone who does have an idea (I'm also quite curious how to obtain one myself) so I will set this to - pending admin.
