Yeah, what do I have to Download and/or do with my computer, such as download, to get my controller to work with SAMP? Please provide a well-designed Tutorial below, if you don't, fuck off. I am not the most technologically-advanced so keep in mind to go through details :)
I need this ASAP!

Yes, it is possible. You'll just have to download a driver for it. Luckily Xbox is Microsoft and your computer is also most likely Microsoft!

First off, download this. http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/d/xbox-360-controller-for-windows
This will enable your computer to see the controller.

Secondly, you might want to install this. http://www.xpadder.com
I'm not sure if it's 100% needed but what it does it it allows you to map your buttons to whatever you want.

Then go in game and set your controller options to joystick.

Warning: Driving with it might be really nice but other than that you're going to have a hard time shooting and performing other actions normally done with a mouse and keyboard.

I have Windows 8, and it says Windows 7; will it still work?

I plugged it in and it worked for me. But I highly suggest not to use it.

You don't need to download anything, you just need to change the settings except using your mouse change it to "Joypad" then it should work, but I really don't suggest you to use that..
