Alright, !!download this thing first!!! (http://www.mediafire.com/download/pvjc7ataoy8y52y/Interface+-+By+Blas.rar)

After you have it open it you should get something like this:

After you're on the main screen, there should be four question marks in the left corner, click on it and there should be "?????" (first one), click on it and you should get something like this:

Now choose the hud part which you want to recolor.Lets say I want to recolor my health bar, this is what I have to do to succeed.Firstly click on the health bar ( http://i.imgur.com/ImEugly.png ) and then you should get something like this afterwards you can pick a certain color if you want to get your health bar to black, click on the black color:

After you're done with the hud part you want to recolor, click on four question marks in the left cornor and click on this and then click "Yes":

Alright, now you choose the location where you want to save it.(Dont choose the same folder which already has the old "interfaceeditor), then you will have to copy the "interfaceeditor.asi" and the "interfaceeditor" to your Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Folder and the hud part which you wanted to recolor/mod should be exactly the same color you choosed it.Also, if you want to recolor the armor bar, you'll have to do it manually. If you have any trouble doing/installing it contact me via VM/PM.

Nice, by the way if you want to recolor your armor bar to something else, you'll have to do it manually.
