All names involved in the complaint MUST be written correctly. (Spelling and "_" wise)
In order to process forum complaints quickly, the name MUST be spelled correctly so the person is imprisoned.

You forgot the infamous guideline 1.0 (previous name) where you need to write all names correct, with underscored and stuff.
(e.g: Moses_Cuba, Bane_Fiasco, etcetc...)
