Download fraps or another recording service that provides you the ability to snap a screenshot. Fraps is recommended.

there are many softwares that can take Screen shots / Videos of your game like Fraps, Snagit or CamStudio. Just search on google and get one of those

Just download frags, press F10 to take a screenshot

gta_sa.exe > properties > run as administrator.
samp.exe > properties > run as administrator.

Go in game, press ESC > Options > Video Settings > Advanced > Resolution and out it all the way up.

Get a bandicam / fraps, I am using bandicam, Esc > Options > Dispaly setup > Screenshot > ON !

Or just download a bandicam.
