Are house gates from the shop still bugged?

Admin Marcus told me that they tend to disappear. If so, when will it be fixed?

(Also hoping that a developer may also give an input on this question.)

Yes, gates are still bugged. It's a problem that came along with this new update and they will sometimes disappear, along with LSPD roadblocks and spikes. The admin team and the developers know about the issue and it should be fixed sometime soon. As far as I know, there is no ETA for it.
