When I register to donate I do not know what Fax, Company and Company ID means?

What I'am having problems with: When I go to register for a vehicle on the donation section it says ''Fax, Company and Company ID?'' now I don't know what it means by Company does it mean do I own a company or what, And I do not have a clue what Fax means?

So can someone please tell me quick what this means, because I'am most likely donating today.

Uhm where are you seeing this information? I have donated numerous times and never saw any of this. Could you post a SS of the page you are getting so we could get a better idea please.

Well, I guess you can put N/A on Fax and on the company.

Oh no no. You are only required to enter the fields that have a * next to them, you leave the company info and the fax blank.
