Mods bug and how to install HUD Mods

So, when I install mods, whenever i look behind me; it seems the objects and buildings refresh or something? When I drive, the road kind of goes into this really, really low resolution and usually disappears, but I can still drive on it? Any reason why? I'll try to get SS's of it, and upload them, if you do not understand what I am talking about.

Also, on another note, how do I install HUD mods?

About your graphics refresh rate, you just need to download and install the Stream Memory Fix Cleo for GTA || Same with the FrameDeLimiter Cleo mod, this will help your gta's refresh rate to run smoothly.




In installing the Hud mods, you just need to copy the encircled files and paste it in the main GTA SA Directory, the files of the Hud mod's are as follows:

PS: Make sure the files of the hud mods are the same with this, to install it.

Do I need a CLEO folder? If so, do I need anything special for it and where do I put it?

Well it looks to me like thats a cleo script so yes you need to download CLEO, install it, then place the .cs in the CLEO folder which is in your GTA SA root directory.

It goes to the screen where the loading bar is on the bottom left of the screen, then once it almost finishes it crashes..?

I am reinstalling Singleplayer again, since i already reinstalling SAMP...
If you're talking about the cleo installer, nah. i installed everything so it's not that.

I'm assuming that your game's crashing because of a misplaced .txd or .dff in your gta3.img, any mods you installed lately? Cleo's won't crash your game like that as it only crashes when used IG. (EX: A bugged FPS, you'll crash when you press V; just to get my point)

Reinstall gta (if you don't have any img backup) and install Sanny Builder and CLEO 4 again, place "only" the Cleo files in the CLEO folder (found in the main gta directory folder) before installing the .txd's and .dff's, remember to always have a backup img to avoid reinstalling your gta again.
