Look, If someone insults a admin they get kicked by admin, that's fucked up since it's no rule about insults.

I FCed a guy once for ooc insults but nothing happend, then why should it happen something if you insult a admin?.
Seriously, if someone insult admin over /report they can just mute or warn the player for abusing report or invalid report since that is a reason and not for insult since there is no rule about that, it's not it like admins do something when a player insult a other player

Insulting/disrespecting administrator(s) Please do not harass the administrative team, especially through /report. Sending an administrator who banned you messages with vulgarities and insulting slurs is not the proper method of appealing a ban. This rule should not be used in petty situations.
Punishment(s):
- 24 hrs ban
- Week ban
- Ban from the entire community (if continued).

There's no rule about OOC insults between players, it's allowed.

It's a game, we all curse at each other.
But you gotta respect the Admins, they're just doing their job. And they don't deserve "You admin ****" over report and stuff.
GTA is a 18+ rated game [Mature rated], and if you're not mature enough to let the insults slide off your shoulder from over a video game, then i guess GTA is nothing for you. Because we all know GTA is everything about violence. And whenever some one insults you, just crack a smile and don't give it attention, it is just the internet.
