I Believe that you will still be the owner of it since mappings cant be sold and that is not a good reason for admins to permanently remove something that you spend cash on.

You pay real life money for it which is completely OOC, but I'm still not sure if you can own it, as it doesn't say anything about CK HERE (http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/showthread.php?79848-New-HQ-Mapping-Policy), I suggest contacting Executive admins and asking them about this.
