Well, recently I reinstalled my GTA (torrent DLed one) and after some playing I started to receive this streaming issue. Basically the environment objects are loading/unloading all the time, sometimes being replaced with LODs(the bases of the objects as shown in the SS).

Is there a way to fix it or do I have to download another one?

P.S.~ I don't have any graphic and/or object texture mods.

This goes back to harddrive issues that I was speaking about on another person's thread. It's possible that your harddrive is 'too' busy to play this game, and is constantly writing/reading while playing this (possibly antivirus, windows defragment, windows defender).

It's also possible that you just got a bad version of the game. As we're not supposed to help you or discuss to**ents here on the forums, and especially the helper section, I will just leave you with this:
You most likely may need a better copy of the game. (I use steam version,)

Actually Happened to me also...
Open the link I gave you, look up the comments and you'll find the fix.

This seems to work for me.

It's a stream memory fix - something to do with a .asi file idk.
If that particular one doesn't work, try others because sometimes it doesn't work for everybody.
All it does is help load textures and shit so you can install a load of mods without having them mess up your shit.

Also, you may have to replace your original gta_sa.exe with the one in the downloaded file in case it doesn't initially work.
