NPC Crack dealer or bug ?

Well i was near bank and i do /accept crack to test this bug http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/showthread.php?114287-Nick_Blaze-s-Bug-Report-accept-crack&p=883861#post883861 First time i see "You bought 0 grams crack for 0$ by drug dealer NPC_TEST1" when i doo that command again i see this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=js41x3Cjk2s&feature=youtu.be I posted this in bug reports but not this NPC crack dealer

So my question are its NPC drug dealer who can sell crack? (New script)
Or maybe its just bug (If i remember no one Offer me crack and npc's can not /sellcrack lol)

as much as I know... No NPC can sell Pot/Crack or a gun bigger than MP5

Post a bug report with a screenshot, I've not seen this bug.

It's a bug, there is no NPC crack dealer.
