LSPD apply error

When I'm trying to send the LSPD apply it writes that my massage is too short so the forum ain't going to send it.
Does anyone knows how to solve it because I tried to apply like 10 or more and I'm really getting tired of it....

When you're done with your application, click on "Preview Message".

You'll notice an editing field at the bottom of the page with all the codes and stuff, copy it all.

Then click >here (http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=61)<

You'll be taken to a page with another field to fill in. Paste your copied texts into it.
You'll see "Prefixes" list box just above the text area, select "New Application" from that.

Click Submit > you're done.
