Yeah... People give you bad or green reputation, and if you have positive reputation, you will have a green bar.

Well firslty , we can't see much on your SS , use tinypic.com to upload it and secondly , when you got a red bar it kinda means you've received negatives reputations which make you having a red bar. To be honnest it doesn't really mater but there is one thing that you can't do when you have a red bar and it's that you can play Arcades on the forum. That's all.
