Yeah I'd say no to that, if you really want to become a LSPD cop you should show that you are excited to be one, using hotkeys isn't the way to show it.

As hotkeys in a LSPD interview IS cheating don't use it, better to type slow then get denied for cheating mate.

Don't use hot keys, if you cheat, print out a paper or take pictures with your phone but dont be so low-key on putting them as binds, a little bit of eye excerise is needed.

Yes, you need 100 words minimum. It's probably not up-dated yet.

Just learn the handbook good, i'm not sure if it's allowed but print the handbook stuff that you'll be asked of them or use your phone, still ask before doing it and try to type faster or something, key binds for the test not allowed since it's show you don't know the terms and the handbook..
