Why is peoples bars ontop of their heads foggy?

As you can see the bars ontop of their heads aren't normal(or i'm just hella high) and are foggy, i have NO ENB. Only skin mods, a radar, hud(the hud doesn't have anything with the foggy of their bars), weapons and a vehicle mod.

i think you're high, i dont see anything wrong

Its only the picture that causes it not to be seen, but IG for me, its foggy/shiny and BIG as hell.


I tried to replace SAMP.DLL but it didn't really do anything.

try reinstalling san andreas clean, without any mods and see if the problem still occurs

By clearly looking at it, it is a bit foggy.

I'm sure it's due to your ENB (if you have one installed). Only those who knows how to edit the ENB's main script can help you with that!

But if you don't have an ENB installed, then I'd say it's due to the location you're at in the game or there's just something you added or installed that's making it look like that.
