SARP Server Non-Responsive, Need Help

Hey, I used to play on this server a lot. I've tried to connect the past few days, and the server is always unresponsive and I am left unable to connect. I am using the new IP address, and I have even tried to log in as new characters to no avail. Is there like a new process to register for the server or something? Please help a brother out.

So, like, can you screenshot the screen you get when you try to connect while in SAMP?

1. question : Is this only for SAPR or for all servers?
2. question : If it's for all servers did you upgrade your samp to 0.3z ?
