M gear keeps flashing when I move my camera around. I was told that its my graphics card, but this computer i'm using is brand new.

It's probably the way you placed it, Try adjusting it maby you placed it wrong or something towards that area.

Try giving us a video of whats happening. Those pictures are not clear.

I think you have a skin mod maybe thats why you cant place them right.

Restarted SAMP , it's fine at the moment.
