This happens whenever I wanna adjust gear

I have a question, once you try to adjust other gear, it's still crashing you from the game?
Did you install some mods or skins before this crashing?

Only mods that I am 100% sure that they are secure..
As well as I tried to adjust it.. I can equip it but adjusting crashes

I had this problem once. All I did to fix it was just re-installing my GTA.
You can say your mods are secure, but in fact, mods sometimes ruin your GTA.

Re-install your GTA. Make everything clean, no mods or any kind of modifications. Download Anti-Crash and move it to the GTA directory, and hopefully it'll work fine.

You apparently have issue with the in-game editor for moving the objects around their axis. Try to download the latest version of SAMP, I believe it will fix your problem.

I have a clean version of gta / samp..
Still the same issue

There are people.. And there are heroes..
deleting gta_sa.set fixed it all...
Also why do I crash when I wanna download asi loader

Your mods stay because after uninstalling GTA windows still keeps a backup of gta3.img, to delete it do the following:
Open RUN (winkey+R)
Type in: C:\Users\YourUSERNAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\P rogram Files (x86)\Rockstar Games
Delete folder GTA San Andreas
Doing this will delete the modded/fucked up gta3.img + some other files that there is backed up.
