When-ever I try to join the server the screen turns black & white, then it takes me to the main menu of offline mode.

Have you tried with the simple method? by reinstalling GTA SA. (Make sure you have the full version, which is usually 4gb+)

We are not allowed to give/share/receive links to pirated games as it is illegal. I suggest looking for yourself or searching for an original disk form of it.

It says I need the EU/US verison. I found a link and downloaded but when I try to install it it says that it wont find the gta.exe file even doe I have the GTA files (2x)

Get GTA version 1.0, just google it and download the gta_sa.exe, but make sure it's version 1.0.

Also, reinstall your SA:MP after.

Won't work. I downloaded the GTA.exe EU version and then tried to find it in SA_EURO 1.01. But it could not locate the file! Vinny please make me a tutorial.

I would but I'm not exactly sure what your issue is.

Single player can load for 2 reasons - you have installed SA:MP to the wrong folder or you have the wrong version of San Andreas. If you have the wrong version.
