A new player stated over /newb that they had used /towcardealer, and was wondering how long it would take. As seen in the screenshot above, the player in question included a racial slur in his /newb question, yet no warning is issued for offensive language. As seen in the same screenshot, I reply 'I'm dark mocha, shush, and it should take about 3 minutes'.

With very few words due to the cut off at the end of the screen, I stated that I was not Black, and that his racial slur was offensive. I then proceeded to answer the damned question, yet I am still warned.

I have every right to state my skin colour in the event that their is a racial slur. Now, if I hadn't have answered his question afterwards, I could see how this is abuse. Due to the fact I did answer his question, I'd like the warn + mute removed.Additional Information:
I've been muted for over two weeks, and feel that I should be unmuted without having to forfeit any of my money.

The newbie wasn't warned because he is level 1, hence his 'newbie' tag.
He was not referring to you when he said 'nigga', provide evidence of previous interaction which proves he was referring to you.
It takes 60 seconds for your car to tow to Grotti's dealer after entering the command /towcardealer (not /towdealership).
You've been caught trolling on /newb several other times and you always try to justify yourself afterwards by claiming the situation was a serious situation when clearly it wasn't. You're talking about racial slurs and what-not when it was never even that serious. People throw the word 'nigga' around all the time, everywhere.
If you're answering a question, answer the question and don't include comments. As a high level player you should know this. Your 'black mocha' comment was unnecessary and thus your warn which ultimately led to a mute because of your previous warnings.


Answering on /newb? Give the answer and nothing but the answer. No additional or unnecessary comments. You were warned for the first bit, which was completely irrelevant. It doesn't matter if he was referring to you, clarifying what type of 'nigger' you are isn't something for /newb.

If a newbie asks a question, give him an answer and nothing but the answer. You had warnings stacked, so you were muted after receiving another warning.

Pay for an unmute, closed.

Posting the exact same thing twice won't change anything, closed.
