Whenever I connect to the server all the mapping dosen't load, nor ''/enter'' signs and vehicles. I've restarted my computer, logged of logged on. Relogged. I've done everything. I'm quiet un-sure what to do now.

Have you ever typed /fixvw? check if it's happening the same with other servers.

I only experience that if I'm severely lagging or if I have a lot of high definition mods installed.

I think you might be in another world, therefore when you log in, /report set my world to 0, once they set your world let us know if the issue has been solved.

/fixvw or have an admin teleport you, you're desynced because of either severe lag or the failure for your game to render objects.
