Is it possible to transfer faction from LSPD to SAFMD without waiting for the 5 days interval before being able to join another faction. If so how do you do it?

You must wait 7 days after leaving your faction if you want to join another faction. Otherwise it's considered faction hopping and is against the rules.

No exceptions can be made unless you speak with a faction director and you are given permission.
