That's what happens when I try to join ANY server. I didn't have this problem before, I tried to play SAMP today but couldn't
because of this problem.

Ignore this problem just solved it by myself.

Now I got the biggest problem I've been encountering these days.

My FPS has been dropping like mad in a lot of games.

I don't know if my CPU or GPU is overheated someone tell me.

Sudden loss of FPS in games can be because of various reasons. From the top of my head, either your drivers aren't functioning properly or there's hidden process ((malware)) running on your PC which results in the FPS drop. I'd suggest you to do a MalwareBytes scan alongwith an Anti Spyware scan. Both of these softwares can be found out easily on the internet and for free. If this doesn't fix your solution then, I'd suggest you to format your C drive or wherever you have windows installed and do a fresh install of windows.

If it's getting worse I'd suggest you to take backup of any important stuff and do a fresh install of Windows or any other OS you're running. If you have a previous system restore point, then make sure to use that and see if your PC works fine. I'd still suggest a fresh install of Windows.

Most computers/laptops have their own settings telling you when they're overheating, overheating isn't the cause to being "slow", it just means it's working extra hard. To be honest, the best way to see if you're lagging from CPU, is open your Task Manager, and check your processes when you're running Grand Theft Auto. As for the random drop of FPS, you can try reinstalling SAMP, that's what I had to do recently when it was giving me issues. Is this a new PC?
