I'm trying to make this pepe my avatar.

But no matter what I try, it won't let me. If I use a URL, it says invalid URL. If I upload it from my computer, it says failed to upload. The file size is 244 KB and the dimensions are good. Why can't I use this pepe? Also I tried another image and it wouldn't let me.

Gifs. aren't allowed unless set by Admins.

l think so that you can upload the gif as your avatar or they disable the option to upload a gif as our avatar.

I think you either need to be an admin, or have it set by an admin, you used to be able to set it yourself if you were a VIP.

Correct, but you can't upload .GIF aswell.

Make a GRR and ask admins to set it for you. That's what I've seen happen.
