How to fix the game and the screen.

So, few hours ago I was playing and everything was good, then I went with a boat to the sea and suddenly my screen is fucked up and I couldn't see my movements. All I saw is the chat and I could type.

I've reinstalled my game and still have this. Tried to press F7 still haven't helped, so can somebody find a solution?

Hello 'Cartorious.'.
You're at bugged location, once you log in the game, type via /report (it's possible) that you're at bugged location and you're looking for teleport to any location, then, it will be fixed.

You need to get prisoned so that the loading screen moves away, either get offline prisoned or in game prisoned, either one will solve the issue.

Once I was in the water while it happened I've /report'ed and Ryuu teleported me to the bank, still not working.
