You'll have to use /requestnewbieunmute and pay for an unmute in-game.

Because it was a valid mute and you deserved to be muted.
That's also the reason why you won't get unmuted with an appeal and you should just pay for it IG with /requestnewbieunmute

As Sil said. It was a valid mute & you need to use /requestnewbieunmute in order to get unmuted.
