If you choose for example "Your Friends", the usergroup will be only displayed to those who you added as "friends" (Guests and Registeted Users who you didnt add as "Friends" wont be able to see it)

There is no option for hiding it from everyone, Although I VMed Flux to add it.

If you wanna hide it from everyone. The only way is to remove all ur friends in ur friend list then select it as friends.
