dont have , i was just logged in and suddenly , "You are banned from /newb channel"State the reason for your appeal:
i dont know the reason , i dont know the helper who did this , i dont know when he/her did this , i dont know everything , i was banned suddenly without reason. i asked the admin, and admin said that they dont know the helper who did this and they cant check the logs , so please unmute me from /newb channel , got some question.....Additional Information:
i was answered some question on /newb and asked some too , before i got banned from /newb

You need to provide a screenshot of the incident. In your case you can ask an admin to check logs for you and and include them in your appeal (screen shot the admin providing you logs, dont just copy them).
