Why i cant use animated images as my profile avatar?

Regular members cannot use animated avatars.

As I remember FBI, Admins, Forum Development, Retired Admins are allowed to. There is more usergroups probably which I can't remember.

Just made a few changes in the usergroups to ensure no random factions have it, and that only particular OOC groups such as VIP, Famed etc have the ability to upload animated avatars.

If users wish to get this changed then you can create a Forum Suggestion - however I would probably class this the most suitable configuration for them.
