It really depends on your usergroups colour.

The stars change color depending on your usergroup. Community Helper - Cyan, Beta Tester - Green, VIP - Purple, etc.
As for Gang Rep, They haven't set it yet which is why they're just regular normal stars. We'll have to speak with Josip about that.

It depends on the usergroup you're in, certain ones have different star-colors that differ from the usergroup color.
i.e. mine.
