Can't connect to the server for some reason?

It says the server is up and crap but when I try to connect I can't. Is the server a new IP or not 0.3z or something IDK?

The IP is still the same : samp.gta-sarp.com:4500
Make sure you have updated your SA-MP version to 0.3.7 "Click here for the link" (http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php)
If you already did, try restarting your router.
Nothing happened ?
When you see the Connecting to server ... message, press "Echap" and stay like that for 15 or 25 seconds.
If none of these work for you, then try to post a ban appeal maybe you're banned ?
