It's just a warning, you should refrain from mute that you would not get more warnings before.
In addition, /n has been changed to prevent "M/C", so in my opinion, it's in the abuse for anything.

There's no m/c thing over newb chat, the /n was renamed to /newb for a reason. I suggest you to open your eyes while typing.
