Your Question:
I think it's not a server related question, but I couldn't find the answer. When I take a video with Fraps it just lasts for 29seconds so, how can I fix that?

The free version of Fraps only records 30 seconds.
The paid version which is around $35 is the one you're looking for.

You need the cracked version, try to look up on startimes or some websites that offer programs with cracks.
