Your Question:
Pretty weird question but I need an answer.
Are the logs time on GMT 0,the Timezone of the admin who extracted it,or on Timezone of SMO and Marcus or something else?

Depends if it's server logs or player logs. Server logs should match up with the server time and player logs should match up with the players timezone.

If you type /time in game you'll see the server time.

So when I do /kill or w.e,the /time when I do it will appear in the logs that admins get?

The time you see in /time or /timestamp is the one in the logs.

That's partially correct, /time is the server time and /timestamp is the time of the device you have connected to the server with.
