Reduce Lag or Internet Ping in SA:MP

Ever wondered how to avoid lag issues like desyncing? Some people do quitting the server, checking the status of internet connection or relogging the server in order to sync up. I experienced these issues and I felt disappointed. But with these tutorial, it really helps alot and I can play the game smoothly.

The things needed:

• WTFast
• Internet Connection
• San Andreas Multiplayer

What is WTFast?

WTFast is the Gamers Private Network program where it is designed for MMO gamers. It ensures that your game ran at optimal connection - reducing game disconnects and lag spikes.

Procedures: (There would be a video and text tutorial)

1. Download and install WTFast (https://www.wtfast.com/).
2. Open the WTFast. You will be redirected to GPN page. Choose the green button. Wait for the loading bar to be finished. Once done, choose what Account type. Since you are starting, choose Free Basic User. You can upgrade it to Premium if you love the program.
3. Once it is done, choose a Game by either typing the name of the game "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Multiplayer" or open the scroll down menu. Just ignore at Network section. Now, click Play button.
4. Once it is finished loading, there would be a dialog box where it gives an error like "...could not locate a game file or launcher..". It is okay since there's no game launcher in GTA San Andreas Directory. In order to solve this, run SA:MP and join a server.
5. Wait for 2-5 minutes. Later on, you would see a message like "You are connected to a [game]." You would also the statistics on how WTFast performs while playing the game.

One thing you must know:

1. WTFast can't reduce ping massively like from 500 - 50. It is impossible since ping depends on the distance between the client and the server. Let's say the server was hosted in United States and you were from Singapore, you will get like around 250 - 200 ping. Also, ping depends on your internet connection.

The tutorial ends here. Thank you guys for reading/watching. If you have any questions, let me know via Private Message. Peace!

If you feel that my thread has some mistakes, let me know and I will correct it. Cheers!

Not taking credit for this since I'm not like that, credits go to Carl_Drei for this amazing guide!
