I just dont know how to do it people are trying to help me but dont understand their methods

If you check the place where you can edit your text. You can see a button where it says "Insert Video", press it and copy/paste the link there. Another method is if you copy [video] and [video] (Put / on the last [VIDEO]) and put the link between them.
