It's really easy, follow the steps:

Go to Google Play, wait for it to load up
Click at Search, and search "TeamSpeak"
You would see a download of the teamspeak, download it
Fill your names after you download it
Add the server

I can't pay using Play Store, so I download via browser. When I add bookmarks it says sufficient permission? Can you please teach me using some SS's? Also, when I tap the icon, it doesn't show to put names
