I don't have any use for this for now, as I only have Vet, but I wanna know for future use.

Post a forum related request if you are already assigned to a user group.

Or donate for a custom one.

You also can get a forum tag if you're R4+ in a faction, post a FRR and usually you'll get a forum tag related to your faction.
