I always wanted to know why the LSPD have so high requirment for the English language. So what if I do some mistake here and there? Everyone can understand me what I wanted to say.... Am I right? If you can explain me this....

You'll get accepted if your English is alright and everyone can understand it, But if there are grammatical mistakes in your application, you'll have to fix them in 72 hours or your application will be denied. Because this is a RP English server, that's why the standards are high.
