It wasn't a mistake, he clearly abused when he said "LMAO THAT SURNAME", /newb is for script related questions & answers only, in my opinion he should have been given a warning instead of a straight permanent mute, as he's level 1.

By the way, I wasn't the one who muted you, just giving my opinion about your case.
