Your Question:
(come and stay at the, Y-M-C-)Ayyy lmao.

I wanted to hop into SARP after talking with some old friends and discovered I wasn't able to.

---------
Problem:
---------
Every time I try to load a server (not just SARP) the screen would show the typical loading screen but right before it finishes, it'd crash.

---------
Solutions I've Tried:
---------
- Running as Admin.
- Reinstalling SA-MP
- Reinstalling San Andreas
- Changed the compatibility to Windows 98
- Renaming/Relocating the directory

Does GTA offline work fine?

Edit:
I was searching on youtube and found this, maybe it works.

Unfortunately, it didn't work.

I think that the only option left is to reinstall / reformat your computer.

Okay, same problem occurred with me a while back then, So I will give you the solution that worked for me but there is no guarantee though!

Basically, I tried more than that you did and I still had my game crashing and stuff, So I reinstalled the original audio folder of the game and my game worked fine.

So I suggest you to do the same or if not audio, try another folder because it's due to one of the folder of the game as corrupted in the setup itself I guess or otherwise if you installed any mods later.

Did you have mods on before the re-install? Because I've freshly installed my GTA and there's still mods on it somehow.

Must be the files you have. Try to remove all the old GTA San andreas files from your computer and download new files.

Awaiting player 24 hours.

I know this sounds weird But I did have the same problem if you go into your amp directory, and then UN-install the SAMP client then re download it from the San Andreas website mine loaded up and joined normally. Hope this helps.

I'm going to reinstall SAMP and GTA a few more times. Update some drivers and such, see what'll happen.

Nope, nothing.

My friend's dad bought me GTA SA for my birthday. It was a physical copy of GTA SA 1.0.

I've held onto this copy for years and constantly use it to download and play SAMP with, that's why it came as a surprise that I couldn't play SAMP.
