I posted a thread at IC selection saying that I want to buy blood...., but then Oliver_Jackson (Forums: Paul_Walker) goes and closes my thread telling me that buying/selling blood isn't allowed and tells me to check the rules and gives me 2 links, I read both of them and there isn't any place that tells it's not allowed anymore.

He didn't mean to send you a link which said that blood donating over IC section isn't allowed. It's just a rule and you can read it in the "IC section regulations"

He didn't said that selling/buying in his section isn't allowed, he said that it isn't allowed nowhere

He didn't mean it like that, he wanted to say that selling/buying blood is not allowed in the IC section and hereby gave you a link where you can sell/buy blood.
