No there isnt, that's just someone who had 0 Rep power aka neutral. It has no effect, so pay it no mind.

Means that the player doesn't have enough post to rep you.

Grey means it's nill, you have no rep power, it's neither negative or positive.

You need someone with rep power (green or red) to rep you, then it'll either turn green or red depending on how the person rep'd you (positive or negative).

Grey means nothing. He got nothing and if he will give you reputation you won't receive positive nor negative. You will receive grey reputation, the power of grey is 0.
