Customise Option - Profiles

I've set a background to my forum profile, and in the box where I put the direct link, it works when I set it, for example: "http://imgur.com/XXXXXX"

When I save it, then go to my profile, it's changed to "url(http://imgur.com/XXXXXX)" and it doesn't load.

I guess it's a bug, the game and forums are spoiled atm with bugs and glitches. Still try getting a gold V.I.P again, I guess.

VIP has nothing to do with it. Retired admin usg letse use it but this specific option in it to do with putting in the link of a picture may be bugged however I've seen many with pictures so idk.

Have you tried uploading it instead? Let me know if it works.

Try to upload it from your Pc, if not .. probably the resolution or a bug in the option.

Don't use a link (same happens while uploading an avatar/profile pic), upload it directly from your PC, It'll work.

Okay I made a public album AND got the link AND saved it AND put it into the box but STILL the same problem.

Then you can choose the picture that you uploaded and make it your forum background. And you will not get this message once you have created a public album.

Which Imgur URL are you using? It should ideally be: http://i.imgur.com/**whatever**.png (or whatever extension you're using)

It sounds to me like you're using the album URL which when you go to it, is Imgur's front end and not the actual image.

Yeah, basically every time I save it adds the url( ) around the link. The IMGUR link was working but it turns out the url ( ) was ruining it.

I have a feeling it may be getting overrided by another style. I'll check this out later.

That has nothing to do with this, I hope you understand. It's a preset style that keeps overwriting my link, adding the url( ). Flux can look into it and fix it.
