Your Question:
So basically every time I download ELM or EVL (emergency vehicle lights) it doesn't work.

Either my SAMP keeps crashing on the connect screen or my SAMP doesn't start at all.

Anyone familiar with this? Can anyone help? I have CLEO and everything.

It only works with GTA SA v1.0 (not version 2.0 - you'll need to downgrade the gta_sa.exe to the original version.)

But my GTA SA is v1.0... If it wasn't v1.0 I wouldn't be bale to play SA:MP.

Try installing different ELM and what version of CLEO mod you're using?

If you're using an old version of CLEO download the latest version. I'm using Emergency Light Mod (ELM) 9.1 (http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1380), if you want. It's simple to install just read the instructions and you're fine.

Using the same as yours (ELM 9.1) with CLEO Library 4.

Do you have any other cleo mods installed?

and you might need this gta.exe version (just drop it in ur gta san andreas folder and overwrite the original): http://www.filedropper.com/gtasa_1

Ok idk what it was but it works now. I reinstalled CLEO and ELM or maybe Alexei's thing helped.

This can be set to answered.
