Alright, so I decided to install a bunch of mods that all work fine, then suddenly the faces and bodies of skins start to do this:

It's a SAMP problem happens even on a clean game there's nothing u can do about it. It's eventually gonna go away though. My game is fully modded and I only see it from time to time.

Yeah it doesn't seem to be with every skin, half do it half dont, like the will smith one with the yellow shirt doesnt do it, same with the grove member with the vest, but ryder, sweet and a lot of others do it, weird

Download another ped.ifp, the one you have now is not compatible, unless you mod all your skins to something else besides default.
