You should donate for VIP then you can have accecs for Costum Profile..

You need to be a VIP in order to access custom profile, you can donate for either Bronze($6), Silver($12) or Gold($20). You can also get someone else to donate for you and you'll pay him in-game money.(Around 3m for Bronze, 6m for Silver and 10m for Gold)

Not really.

But you can donate for a custom title, without donating in GVIP.

Yes, donate at donate.gta-sarp.com or get someone to donate for you and pay him in-game (around 500k per $1)

He isn't talking about custom title, he's talking about profile customization, and only VIPs/Admins can have access to it.

If you was donated, you can make a game related request
and forum related request for the profile customization.

Correct, any VIP rank can, doeesn't matter if it's bronze, silver or gold.
