Your Question:
I installed s0beit and Blue eclipse to play on freeroam servers with, I want to play sarp now. I've uninstalled it through the root folder (the uninstall.exe) will SARP still detect hacks?

Òbviously not as you uninstalled it. Make sure anything related to S0beit is deleted in your GTA files as I heard it edits some standard files.

Yes, reinstall or you may risk being permanently banned on SARP.
